Traineeship in Hamburg and the USA (San Diego, California);

Managing director of a film industry association with a focus on legal advice to the association’s members in film law, in particular copyright issues;

Has been practising intellectual property law since 1999;

Joined Reitstötter Kinzebach in 2004.

Areas of Expertise

Trade mark law, especially assistance with the brand portfolios of small, medium-size and large international companies, consultation services with regard to trade mark protection opportunities worldwide, enforcement of existing rights in infringement proceedings before authorities and courts, particularly in the areas of opposition proceedings, injunctive relief measures, copyright law, competition law and licensing law.
