The German Patent Attorneys of our firm are registered at the German Patent and Trademark Office and are members of the Patentanwaltskammer, Tal 29, 80331 München, (www.patentanwaltskammer.de). German Patent Attorneys are subject to professional rules laid down in the Patentanwaltsordnung (BGBl. I 1966, 557, BGBl. I 2001, 3656) and in the Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte (Mitt. 1997, 243). They are further members of the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle and as such subject to its Code of Professional Conduct (see www.ficpi.org/ficpi/aboutframe.html ).

The European Patent Attorneys of our firm are registered at the European Patent Office and members of the European Patent Institute, Tal 29, 80331 München, (www.patentepi.com) and are subject to its Code of Professional Conduct (epi-Information 2/2001, 75) and the Regulation on Discipline issued by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation.

The European Trademark Attorneys are registered at the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM, Alicante). They are subject to the rules laid down in the Council Regulation on the Community Trade Mark.
