The European Patent Attorneys of our firm are registered at the European Patent Office and members of the European Patent Institute, Tal 29, 80331 München, (www.patentepi.com) and are subject to its Code of Professional Conduct (epi-Information 2/2001, 75) and the Regulation on Discipline issued by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation.
The European Trademark Attorneys are registered at the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM, Alicante). They are subject to the rules laid down in the Council Regulation on the Community Trade Mark.
