PhD in biophysics;

Has been practising intellectual property law at Reitstötter Kinzebach since 1994.

Areas of Expertise

Conduct of examination, opposition and appeal proceedings, invalidity and infringement proceedings, opinion work on issues of patent infringement and validity, especially in the technical fields of mechanical engineering, chemical and biotechnological process engineering and electronics. Specialties are in medical and biotechnological equipment technology, measurement technology, data acquisition and process control, and also in the field of industrial design law.
